Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about how WorkCrafter works — accounts, credits, payments, the tools, and your data. Still stuck? Contact us.

What is WorkCrafter?

WorkCrafter is an all-in-one AI hub. From one account you can generate text, images, audio, music, video and code, keep every result in a personal gallery, and follow practical guides on AI, SEO and monetization.

Is it free to sign up?

Yes — and we give you 30 free credits when you join, so you can try the tools before spending anything. No card is needed to sign up. After that you only pay for what you generate, using prepaid credits. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. If you are comparing free tiers, what's actually free in 2026 explains what the 30 credits get you.

Can I earn money by recommending WorkCrafter?

Yes. Every account has a referral link, and you earn 20% of everything the people you refer spend on credits — on every purchase they make, not just the first. It is free to join, there is no audience minimum, and you can read the details on the partner programme page.

Do I need to verify my email before using the tools?

Yes. After you register we send a verification link to your email. You confirm it once, and then the tools unlock. This keeps the platform free of throwaway and abusive accounts.

How do credits work?

Credits are the single currency for every tool. Credits are bought in packs — $5 buys 250, and bigger packs include bonus credits, so a credit works out at roughly $0.02 and less on the larger packs. We break the arithmetic down in how much AI generation actually costs. Each generation costs a fixed number of credits depending on the tool — text and code cost the least, video the most. Your live balance is always shown on your dashboard, and credits never expire.

What does each tool cost?

Text and code cost 2 credits, images and voice-over audio cost 10 credits, music costs 15 credits, and a video clip costs 50 credits. The exact cost is shown before you run a generation.

How do I buy credits, and which payment methods do you accept?

Buy credits from the Wallet page in packs starting at $5. Payment is by PayPal — you do not need a PayPal account, the checkout takes cards too. Choose a pack, complete the payment, and the credits are added to your account.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. As soon as your payment clears, WorkCrafter issues an invoice in its own name and emails it to you automatically, with a sequential invoice number you can give to your accountant.

How long until my credits are available after paying?

For established accounts, credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. For a brand-new account's first purchase, activation can take between 1 and 6 hours while we run a routine fraud check — you'll get an email the moment the credits land.

What is your refund policy?

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned automatically. For credit-pack refunds, unused packs can be refunded in full; once you've started spending a pack, a partial refund may apply. EU, EEA and UK consumers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are on the Refunds page.

Can I use WorkCrafter with a team?

Yes. You can create a shared workspace, invite members with roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer), share a single credit pot, and apply your own brand to public share pages. Team settings live under Team in your account.

Is there an API?

Yes. Generate an API key from your dashboard and call the public endpoint to run any of the tools programmatically. Usage is billed from the same credit balance. See the API documentation for the request format and per-tool costs.

Who owns what I generate?

Your creations are yours. They are stored privately in your gallery by default; you decide what to make public or share. You can download or delete any creation at any time.

How is my data handled?

We use cookies only for signing you in and, with your consent, for analytics. We show no ads and never sell your data. See the Privacy policy for the full picture.
